Suffragan Bishop Paul H. Evans is married to the Lovely First Lady Helen R. Evans.  He was called to the ministry in the year of 1966.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Washington University St. Louis, Missouri in 1984.  Suffragan Bishop Evans received the most invaluable religious instruction and training under the guidance of his Pastor, Bishop P.L. Scott.  He served under his leadership for nine years.  While there he served as: President of the Youth Department, Assistant Secretary of the Ministerial Board, member of the Noonday Prayer Band, and member of the Choir.

Suffragan Bishop Paul H. Evans is currently pastor of Grace Gospel Temple Church of St. Charles, Missouri.  He was the former Pastor of Lively Stone Apostolic Church of God in Mount Vernon, Illinois for 27 years.  He has also served two and a half terms as Chairman of the Midwestern District Council, three years as Vice Chairman, three terms as General Secretary and three terms as Assistant Secretary.  Suffragan Bishop Evans has also served as President and Vice President of the Midwestern District Young People�s Department, and President of the Midwestern District Choir.
